MTGOP Statement on the Passing of Rep. Frank Fleming

HELENA, Mont. – The Montana Republican Party is saddened to learn of the passing of Representative Frank Fleming. In response to today’s news, Montana Republican Party Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt released the following statement:

“We are incredibly saddened by the news that Representative Fleming has passed away,” Chairman Kaltschmidt said. “Representative Fleming leaves behind an incredible legacy of service, selflessness, and sacrifice to our great state. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.”

Montana Governor Greg Gianforte has ordered flags be flown at half staff over state buildings and grounds from Tuesday, March 8th in Representative Fleming’s honor.

Representative Fleming served House District 51 in Billings. He was elected to the legislature in 2018 and served on the House Judiciary Committee.
