HELENA, Mont. – Less than a week after President Biden announced his partisan court-packing commission, Congressional Democrats are introducing a bill to expand the U.S. Supreme Court from 9 justices to 13 to pack the court with liberal activist judges.

Senator Jon Tester’s party has made it clear that their mission is to fundamentally change America by attacking the integrity of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Constitution, and our democracy.

It’s time for Senator Tester to join the rest of Montana’s Congressional delegation in working to put a stop to the Democrats’ plan to pack the Supreme Court that the overwhelming majority of Montanans oppose.

Senator Tester is burying his head in the sand while mainstream Democrats attempt to add Justices to the Supreme Court to pave the way for their far-left agenda. His silence and refusal to take any action that would stop the Democrats from actually achieving their ultimate goal of fundamentally changing America’s Highest Court is a slap in the face to the overwhelming majority of Montanans who rejected such an idea last November.

So the question is: Will Jon Tester finally stand up to his party bosses and demand that the Democrat Party condemn and abandon their divisive, partisan efforts to pack the Supreme Court?

Or will Sen. Tester continue sitting idly by as the Democrat Party carries out the largest partisan power-grab the country has ever seen?
