ICMYI: Montana Joins 16 States in Lawsuit to Ensure Honest and Transparent Election

HELENA, Mont. – ICYMI: On Wednesday, Montana joined 16 other states in challenging the presidential election results in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

The lawsuit, led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, requests the U.S. Supreme Court to invalidate the election results in these states.

In each of these states, the margins are slim, and many irregularities call the results into question. As of December 1st, there have been a combined 545 sworn declarations of fraud and over 14,390 incident reports filed in five states – PA, GA, MI, NV, WI.

The lawsuit focuses on the unconstitutional irregularities in the WI, MI, PA, and GA elections, as well as the process by which mail ballots were mandated by Governors in those states. The Montana Republican Party proudly stands with our leaders seeking a resolution from the United States Supreme Court.

“President Trump continues to fight for us, and we will continue to fight for him,” said MTGOP Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt. “The American people are entitled to an honest and transparent election, and allowing this lawsuit to play out will ensure that all Americans can be confident in the final results of the election.”
