HELENA, Mont. – Montana Republican Party Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt released the following statement after the Montana Republican Party Executive Board voted to endorse Congressman Ryan Zinke‘s re-elect campaign:

“Congressman Zinke has hit the ground working since his first day back in office and I look forward to seeing him continue that work after his re-election this year. He’s used his seat on House Appropriations to roll back woke, anti-jobs policies and curb the spending in DC that has driven up prices here in Montana,” Chairman Kaltschmidt said.

“He’s the experienced legislator Montana needs fighting for our way of life and that’s been shown in his efforts to delist the grizzly, increase responsible forest management, be a voice for our veterans, and defend our God-given rights that his opponent Monica Tranel has made clear she would sell out to eco-maniacs on her first day. The MTGOP looks forward to fighting with Zinke to keep people like Tranel out of public office.”
