HELENA, Mont. – Montana Republican Party Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt issued the following statement after Jon Tester flip-flopped on the Laken Riley Act:

“Jon Tester’s two-faced tactics are well known by Montanans at this point. Last month, when Republicans tried to pass the Laken Riley Act, Tester voted against it. Now, Tester says he’s going to support it. How are Montanans supposed to trust Tester if he is flip-flopping on a bill he originally killed? It’s time to put a stop to the flip-flopping and Retire Tester.”
