HELENA, Mont. – Montana Republican Party Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt issued the following statement after Judge Menahan refused to recuse himself from ruling in CI-128 case.

“Judge Menahan has sold out to pro-abortion activists his entire career. He received a 100% approval rating by Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana and by NARAL Pro-Choice Montana,” Kaltschmidt said. Judge Menahan should recuse himself from ruling on this case instead of disregarding his ethical obligation in hopes of achieving a favorable outcome for his own political party.”
