The Jefferson County Republicans are hosting a Candidate Forum to provide a public service to Montana voters and Republican primary candidates. The attendees have an opportunity to see and hear candidates speak about their reasons for wanting the office they seek and to tell voters their qualifications, followed by a Q&A session with the Master of Ceremony and candidates. Attendees will have an opportunity to mingle with the candidates in an informal atmosphere prior to the Candidate Forum. The Jefferson County Republicans will not suggest nor favor any candidate. The Candidate Forum is intended to inform the voters, encourage them to make their own decisions about candidates, and get involved in the 2024 election cycle.
Who: Republican Candidates at the Federal, State and Local levels and Non-Partisan Candidates representing conservative values for the districts representing Jefferson, Lewis and Clark, and Broadwater counties

Format:
12:00 pm Meet, Greet and Eat – Attendees will have an opportunity to mingle with candidates in an informal atmosphere and have lunch prior to the Candidate Forum.
1:00 pm Candidate Forum – Each candidate will have three minutes to give a “stump speech,” followed by a Question and Answer period. The questions will be presented to each candidate by the Emcee. Each candidate will have two minutes to respond to each question.
