This notification fulfills this obligation per the State Party Bylaws\, which you can review HERE should you prefer additional reference. \nApplications to be a National Delegate/Alternate can be found at the MTGOP Headquarters or by contacting your County Party Chair. These applications MUST be returned to MTGOP Headquarters no later than March 19th\, 2024. \nPer Montana Republican Party Bylaws\, delegates to the State Delegate Convention shall be elected from each county by the County Central Committee. The County Chairman must notify the State Chairman of the names of the county delegates at least thirty (30) days prior to the convention. All delegates must be registered for the convention. The attendees have an opportunity to see and hear candidates speak about their reasons for wanting the office they seek and to tell voters their qualifications\, followed by a Q&A session with the Master of Ceremony and candidates. Attendees will have an opportunity to mingle with the candidates in an informal atmosphere prior to the Candidate Forum. The Jefferson County Republicans will not suggest nor favor any candidate.
