SUMMARY:Virtual Election of National Committee Members
DESCRIPTION:Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic\, the Montana GOP will hold our selection of National Committee Members by electronic means. \nThe Chairman will call the meeting to order during a videoconference between 8:00 am – 9:00 am. Following the conclusion of the videoconference\, an email will be sent to the State Central Committee and those registered to vote via proxy. Voting will close at 12:00 pm Noon. \nMembers of the State Central Committee are entitled to vote by written proxy. A person holding a proxy must be a resident elector of the same county as the member being represented by said proxy holder. Any member voting in his or her own right\, may not serve as a proxy to any other member\, and any proxy holder may only hold one\nproxy.
